Welcome to Covenant House of Christ

“Search the Scriptures. Walk in the Word.”

A Scripture-centered Bible class committed to faith in Jesus Christ, obedience to God, the seventh-day Sabbath, biblical holy days, fellowship, and preparing God’s people for the return of Christ.

Welcome

Search the Scriptures with Us

We are a growing Bible-centered congregation committed to teaching the Word of God plainly and allowing Scripture to interpret Scripture. Whether you are beginning your walk with God or have studied for years, we invite you to search the Scriptures with us, ask sincere questions, and grow in faith and obedience.

“Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.” John 5:39 (KJV)

Our Core Ministry

Faith in Jesus. Repentance. Baptism. A faithful walk. The commandments of God. The seventh-day Sabbath. The Feasts of the LORD. Scripture rightly divided and lived out with mercy, humility, and endurance.

About Us

A Place Where the Bible Is Taught Carefully

Covenant House of Christ Bible Class was established to provide a place where the Bible is taught carefully, believers can fellowship on the seventh-day Sabbath, families can grow together, and people can examine doctrine directly from Scripture. We believe following Christ is more than a confession: it is a life of repentance, baptism, faith, obedience, growth, mercy, and endurance.

Our Mission

To glorify God by preaching and teaching His Word, proclaiming faith in Yeshua HaMashiach—Jesus the Christ—calling people to repentance, baptism, obedience, and faithful endurance, and building a congregation devoted to Sabbath fellowship, biblical holy days, sound doctrine, love, and service.

Our Vision

To build a Scripture-centered congregation where people learn to search the Scriptures for themselves, grow in faith and obedience, worship God according to His Word, love their neighbors in righteousness, and prepare for the return of Jesus Christ.

What We Believe

Faith in Yeshua HaMashiach, Obedience to God

Salvation

Repent. Be Baptized. Walk.

We do not teach salvation as a confession with no continuing walk. We believe a person should repent toward God, place faith in Jesus Christ, be baptized according to Scripture, and continue walking in faith and obedience.

The walk will not be sinless perfection. God knows the heart, sees our intentions, and is gracious and full of mercy. When we fall, we repent and continue. At the same time, God is just and will judge every person according to his or her works. Grace is not permission to continue in sin; it is a call to a changed life.

“Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.” Acts 2:38 (KJV)

The Sabbath

The Seventh Day Is the Sabbath of the LORD

We recognize the seventh day of the week as the Sabbath of the LORD. We believe those who join themselves to the LORD are called to honor Him according to His Word.

We welcome visitors who are learning and do not expect everyone who walks through the door to already understand or agree with every doctrine.

Feast Days

The Feasts of the LORD

We observe the Feasts of the LORD commanded in Leviticus 23:

“Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, Concerning the feasts of the LORD, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are my feasts.” Leviticus 23:2 (KJV)

We also recognize Purim as a civil and historical biblical commemoration of the deliverance of the Israelites, but not as a commanded Leviticus 23 holy day.

Our Covenant

How We Walk Together

As those who fellowship with Covenant House of Christ, we commit ourselves to seek God sincerely, receive correction from Scripture with humility, pursue repentance and righteous conduct, love God by keeping His commandments, love our neighbors by refusing to sin against them, preserve peace and brotherhood, avoid gossip and division, support the work of the ministry according to ability, care for one another, and continue growing in faith in Jesus Christ.
